May 6, 2017 – Green Network Exchange (GNE) has been participating in Andover’s Zero Waste Day for the last four years by providing electronic waste recycling to local residents and surrounding communities. The event today took place near Andover Landing and Brickstone Square at the end of York Street and takes place every first Saturday in May. A record number of 370 vehicles came to drop off all types of items to be recycled. GNE brought 3 trucks and a team of 6 employees to cover the steady flow of cars with e-waste to be channeled to the right area. Several other companies were on hand to recycle furniture, toys, clothing, books, and more.
